I’m in a state of disbelief and complete sadness. I don’t typically do posts like this, but Johnny was such a special person and it feels important (for me) to put these words out there. To @johnnywactor ‘s mother and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine what you must be feeling right now. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Johnny was one of those rare “real individuals” that you almost never come across. I was fortunate enough to have some really good conversations with him where we discussed things I don’t typically open up about. For some reason, we talked about the deep stuff. He was a safe space for those conversations and, in turn, he would talk about his life. He genuinely cared about people and their journeys in life. During his time on GH I witnessed him work hard and truly have respect for every single person in our building. I just cannot believe that his life was stolen from him the way it was. My heart hurts.
RIP Johnny.

I told @chelseylent that I wanted my hair to look like sunshine. ☀️ She delivered. PS. We took a 5yr old girl and a 10yr old girl into a Hello Kitty store today and they both became possessed. Harper was so excited she gave herself hiccups. I’m going to need awhile to recover before we do that again. #myhairtho 😍
Thanks @abrahamjosephr for making sure we took a picture last night. (And for fluffing my hair before Daniel snapped the pic. 😘 You the best.) I also managed to take a selfie while waiting for my grilled cheese in the drive-thru and then the most important photo…my shoes (umm I LOVE these @ninashoes) and the In-N-Out bag at the end of the evening. I wish I had more pics to post, but I actually didn’t take my phone out once while I was there. It was so much fun to see everyone let loose and celebrate GH’s Emmy wins. 🍾🎉♥️ (TBH, there were some people tearing up the dance floor that I had no idea enjoyed dancing so much. I’m thinking there needs to be an annual General Hospital Dance Party 🤔) Special shout out to my buddy @1steveburton and his beautiful girlfriend @themoneymichelle (who I’ve been following on IG for years and was so excited to finally meet in person. Her recipes are 💯 you guys) and @bfordanderson and his amazing wife @kieraanderson (I pestered Bford daily making sure she was going to be there). Congrats again to the GH staff, crew & cast. I love and appreciate you guys. 🥰 @generalhospitalabc

Lesson I learned recently:
Swinging a heavy trash bag, to get it inside of a dumpster, could result in said trash bag gaining quite a bit of momentum…making it spin…causing the drawstring to tie onto your fingers. (Hey, I didn’t say this was my brightest moment)
If you’re wondering, yes the trash bag will try to take your fingers into the dumpster as well.
I will be wearing this brace on the show and I thought some of you might be curious about why I am rocking it. Juuuuust takin’ out the trash.
Ps. My middle finger is the most damaged part of my hand and @brandonjbarash said it was karma for all of the times I’ve flipped him off. 🫣 When I told him that I’ve flipped him off more times in my head….he responded “and look what happened to your brain..”

@legolandcalifornia steals Harper’s heart a little more every time she goes there. This trip was no exception. We were able to go into the Model Builder’s workshop today and it was (wait for it…) AWESOME. The creations these people build are mind blowing. One of the coolest theme park experiences I’ve seen (if your kid is into Lego’s as much as mine – you will understand). Thanks to Conner (our new favorite @legolandcalifornia employee) who kicked it with us today. You were the sweetest and your Lego knowledge was beyond impressive. We had a blast! ♥️

I’ve been training with him 3-4 days a week and I love it so much that I risk the wrath of a sleepy 10yr old. Made this cardigan with Hue Me yarn by @twoofwands & @lionbrandyarn. Gifting it to @emmerylan because she tried it on while I was making it and I knew in that moment it was hers. Just looked too perfect on her. ☺️ I’ve already moved on to another project with Heartland yarn that I’m almost done with (will post that when it’s finished) and then I’m starting my project for the @knitcollage Knit Along! (It’s a granny square cardigan and I’m drooling over the yarn already.)
