I am 56 and weigh 156lbs.
I’ve worked so hard at improving my deadlifts—form and bracing and pausing at the top of a full hip extension.
The first time I lifted 200lbs about 5 or 6 weeks ago, I wasn’t pausing enough at the top. This time, I took my time!
