Nadine Velazquez Instagram – Egypt, summer solstice. New season. Change has already begun. Remembering that my life is about self realization and forgiveness and removing the obstacles to love. I am being stripped down of all the things I find safety and comfort in. Things that don’t last. Things that are conditional. Some of it is my own purging, a sacrificial slaughter I am placing in the fire pit with my own will, and some of it is God unfolding it, peeling it back, unveiling the unknown. I feel at the bottom of old tired beliefs. Beliefs that have stuck to me like cement. Like I’m in the last hole where all the scary skeletons live and I’m about to find out it’s just a bunch of carcass and ashes. I can finally let it go.
