Yesterday, Ariel Bombara revealed she and her mother told police 3 times her father posed an imminent risk to their lives. Why then would WA Police initially tell me Mark Bombara was not previously known to them? The WA Police Commissioner says an internal investigation will look at body worn cameras and records kept by police, as well as actions taken by the FDV Response Team, if any. Ariel doesn’t mention being contacted by the FDV Response Team but she does talk about being ignored by 5 male officers.
