Home Actress Pooja Bedi HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers June 2024 Pooja Bedi Instagram - Who determines what heights you can soar to? Who told you to think small, or not to dream big, or to “know your level” and not aim to operate beyond it? There are 4 versions of you. 1. Your public image: which is defined by other peoples take on you 2. Self-image: who you think you are 3. Actual you: the person you really are behind the delusion and programming. 4. Ideal you: the person you aspire to be. This post is to make you aware of how amazing each one of you is, and what incredible potential you have if you just focus on knowing yourself better and filtering out all the limiting beliefs that were imposed upon you. Of course self-imposed expectations have to be reasonable, but confidence at achieving your goal comes from being able to assess yourself with clarity & honesty. Journaling is a wonderful tool that makes you aware, for example, as to what makes you happy and what you really value in life as well as to identify where any form of low-esteem exists and to address it. Those with low self-esteem or self-belief are more focussed on not letting people down, pleasing people & afraid of making mistakes.... rather than focussing on turning dreams into reality. It’s time to challenge unkind thoughts about yourself and to practice saying NO! Write out a list of things you admire about yourself, practice positive affirmations daily like “I am growing better each day”, “I believe in myself”, “I am smart and competent”, “I am emotionally resilient” and also set boundaries with others in order to free your emotions, time and focus for what you want to achieve. It’s time to step outside your comfort zone, celebrate your wins, and be positive. It’s said magic happens when you believe in yourself! It isn’t magic- it’s your potential! @happysoullifestyle

Pooja Bedi Instagram – childlike or childish?
I’ve known @beingsalmankhan since my teens.
my funniest memory is of @anasingh5 his bestie and my bestie at the time and me seeing the rushes of his film Maine Pyaar Kiya and feeling so stressed for him that a kabootar was being given so much importance in a song, and that the film might not do well.
We discussed how we had to be there for him and give him our shoulders to cry on should he need it.
Of course, the film hit box office records, we laughed at ourselves and the rest is history! The warmth, camraderie, respect and friendship has carried forward over the years.
Years later in 2005 I interviewed him on the sets of JUST POOJA my talk show on @zoomtv and many masti filled moments of the past were shared.
He’s grown from strength to strength, personally and professionally, but the most heartwarming is that he hasn’t grown up. The curious, fun, naughty, child in him is still alive and thank heavens for that!
Remember, there’s a difference in childlike and childish. May we all grow old , but never grow up!
Pooja Bedi Instagram – Do you want to be your best or only just better than your competitor?

Jeff Bezos tells business owners to be customer obsessed, not competition obsessed.

Winners focus on winning because they love what they do, want to keep improving themselves and continuously raise their own bar.
On the other hand, losers focus on winners and it’s largely driven by jealousy and envy. Yup envy, which can only stunt and prevent growth.

Did you know your brain is possibly the hungriest organ in your body and consumes approximately 20% of your energy every day?
Given the fact that a lot of our brain’s energy is required to be attentive and focus…… every moment you focus on things that don’t empower you only reduces your neuroplasticity.

Intense positive focus releases dopamine which is a feel-good neurotransmitter, and additionally is powerful tool for manifestation as well.

Great time management and a relentless focus on winning an being the best you can be, is the key to a winner’s mindset.

How much time have you spent in the last 1 month thinking about the successes of others, of your competitors, of what other people are saying, about how many people followed, unfollowed, commented or liked your posts???

Versus, how much time have you spent really believing in yourself, your vision, your goals and manifesting it!!

You win in the game of life, when you are able to be your best, and not when you are dictated to or consumed by the successes of others. ❤️
