Last Sunday, @mishc_vibes and I hosted a Rage Workshop with @supparetreat at @jeetacademykl. During the intense 4-hours, we held space for one another, supported each other and created a safe environment to fully express rage and all the emotions underneath. Unlike anything we have ever done before, we used anger as a motivator to help create more awareness for the other primal emotions. A simple act of saying NO pushed some of us to the breaking point. Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of hosting and moderating @feith.london x @elemis_my #WomenInFilm event at @gordonramsaybarandgrillkl. I had a chance to speak to @racheltanmark and @kavita_sidhu on their careers and their personal stories of trials and tribulations both locally and internationally as film producers to get to where they are today. When we have more women in decision making positions, we have the power to tell different kind of stories! I really enjoyed the conversation and it was a truly inspiring afternoon about perseverance, determination and resilience.
