I started working out a lot in January and kept it up all the way until I started freezing my eggs in March. They tell you to stop all vigorous exercise and movement as to keep the water pouches in the follicles as safe as possible. The follicles are what contain the eggs and so if they burst, that’s an egg gone. It took a while for me to get moving again after they were out; discomfort and bloating being the two main factors and then I went to LA and as much as I was running here and there and heading to the gym, it was no where near as much as I was doing before. So here I am, back at it. It’s been 3 weeks and to be honest, I’m not enjoying it 😅 I’ve never liked the gym but it’s sooo good for mental health! I dread getting ready to go but once I’m here and I’m in the thick of kettlebell swings, burpees and sweating from spin class (I will NEVER enjoy this class lol) I start to feel proud of myself that I got up and got out! Try and do something at least once a week that gets your body moving before your moving body can’t move any more 🏋🏾♀️ #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitnessislife #fitness #movement #movementismedicine
