Life is all about perspective. Here’s a picture of me within the first year of arriving to LA. I had no idea of how to get where I desired to be, with no money, no car and only knew one person (my BFF). Yet, I always looked at life from a place of excitement, trust and a never ending thirst to learn and grow.
I look back now lovingly and thank my past self for all the courage and strength she had to get me here. I don’t know where life may take me with all the uncertainties we’ve all been facing but I do know that I’m still that brave, wide eyed, ready for life girl that got here all those years ago.
I ask you to look back on yourself and say thank you, thank yourself for creating such a wonderful human. Let’s keep welcoming life with grace and excitement, no matter how uncertain it may seem.
