Theresa May Instagram – Last week I was in Kenya for a meeting of the Global Commission on Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking. We heard valuable insights from government representatives & NGOs from across Africa who work on the ground to overcome the challenges faced in tackling these heinous crimes. Particular thanks to @maishagirlssafehouse for showing us the important work they do to protect victims. It was incredibly powerful to hear the experience of those who have suffered at the hands of slave drivers and traffickers.
