It’s been a minute since I’ve posted! But I’m still at it! Spent the last 6 months successfully reverse dieting and lifting heavy as hell! Completed the @mindpumpmedia anabolic program and I got great results. Was able to get my calories up to 2900 cals a day and only put on 2lbs of weight. Now after maintaining for the last few weeks it’s time to cut again and see how much muscle I put on! A lot of people think you have to dirty bulk or excessively bulk to put on muscle, but studies show that a slight increase in cals is all you need! Now that I’ve got my cals up super high and metabolism revving super high, it’ll be much easier to cut from this higher amount! Loving the Reverse Dieting process and how it facilitates my goals!
