Tiffany Hines Instagram – #gymrat Still chasing those gains… Lucky for me I’m taking an Exercise Physiology class this semester. Good news is, I get a grade for following the class workout program which entails 4 days a week in the gym and doing what I love and would be doing anyway! But the bad news is, I gotta hold off on following that other program I originally had planned!
