Tiffany Hines Instagram – It’s grind time #tiffersarmy 2 weeks left in our 12 week challenge. For some reason, things always seem hardest when you’re almost to the finish line. But I believe in us! We got this! During times like these it’s always important to remember your WHY…Why is fitness important to you? Everyone’s why is unique to them. For me, over the last few years, I’ve had a few health scares, and fitness has given me a way to feel empowered again. Before fitness, I used to fight and punish my body to try to make it do what I wanted, but now I’ve learned to speak my body’s language, respect it, and work WITH it to give it what it is asking me for. In return, my body has rewarded me with more energy, better sleep, better physical health and better mental health! What’s your fitness why? Hold onto it and it’ll carry you to the finish line!
