🌱 I’ve been learning a lot about food systems in the recent months, and trying to adjust my role in growing, sharing, and eating locally grown foods, in becoming a wiser consumer, in considering community access and food equity, in adjusting my own diet to better nourish my system, and in taking action regarding environmental concerns. Unsurprisingly, it’s illuminating and altering every aspect of life from the inside-out and outside-in.
