Ben Schamma Instagram – Dreams can come true.
I always wanted to be Superman and last year my biggest cosplay dream came true. But as the Man of Steel you can’t just walk around on the ground and you know me I don’t like green screen pictures. I wanted to do it in real life. I wanted to fly. ☺️
So everything you see here is real. We had a huge crane and several different setups for different pictures. We also had a helicopter for a very special picture. We just used some VFX to get rid of the strings that were attached to me, the car or the helicopter.
The flight with the car was the best feeling ever. It just felt so real. I mean holding a car above your head, flying 200 feet up in the sky, looking down and seeing the tiny persons on the ground while your cape is moving from the wind… all that was real so it felt sooo amazing.
That was my biggest cosplay dream. Now I need a new one. 😁
