Wanted to share something I found , an app that helps with healing and or trauma through sound therapy ! @edcanhelpapp It’s a scientifically proven alternative to seeing someone or medication that I think is always a great way to start finding solutions … I tried a session yesterday and it was so unique , the noises nothing like you would think , The sound is unusual and it’s that intrusive and unusual sound that disrupts the neural pathways in the brain.
