Well yesterday was very special! @nacoauk biggest ever gathering and walk along the Seven Sisters cliffs ! 150 amazing people showed up to support COA’s sharing experiences and stories to break the stigma of speaking up to help others and themselves ! Tough ass lessons come with being a mindful entrepreneur. You will always learn the hard way that people are cut throat as fuck – but stay the path. Be proof that you can make incredible business deals, build huge brands – and know that u haven’t intentionally done anyone damage on the way. It’s about knowing that your word is bond, that a handshake and a message will reassure who your dealing with that you mean what you say. If food’s on the table everyone is eating. Don’t get me wrong, make sure you get yours, but take some hits on the way. Learn the lessons and make sure you implement them even more mindfully next time … Everything is a lesson to get you where you’re meant to go🤝❤️

Food Sensitivity Testing!! Many of you have followed my health and wellbeing journey over the years, where I have focused on living a happier and healthier lifestyle through going to the gym, practicing mindfulness, and also concentrating on my diet and supplementation. I’ve known about food sensitivity/ intolerance testing for ages, but have yet to do it- until now! I met the amazing team at @armstronghealthspecialists initially through a friend, and after doing some research and a zoom call with Craig, the owner, we decided to dive a bit deeper. I headed up to Wales to get my bloods done to finally get the answers I want in relation to which foods suit my body. My diet is pretty decent, but after speaking with Craig it was clear that until we identify my food sensitivities, it’s all a guessing game. Cutting out the foods that tested bad for me will also aid with recovery, and help burn body fat. I cannot wait to see what my results say. Check out the link in my stories to find out more🤝
