I got a chance to meet with/ Dr. Amen, the world reknown brain doctor about my health, including getting a brain scan.
When we met about the results, he said…
“I think you need to step away from ministry and focus on brain health. Im really concerned about what I saw.”
That was one of a number of warnings I got and did not listen to. But I am now!
I look back on moments like that and I just didn’t realize what holistic health really was. Mind, body, soul has taken on a completely different meaning in my life and I thank Dr. Amen for a lot of it! You might hear something in this episode that changes your life and habits…we talk about:
