Christian Kane Instagram – Appreciation… so many know that I’ve lost my father the Christmas before last. This last year, this process, this is something I’d go through by myself. These days I try to fight internally. I know to many of you it seems not healthy, but there were so many of you that have reached out, #kaniacs and people that have wished me well. Many to say, I hope you’re OK, but so many said they were going through a similar situation, so I felt a need to reach out. What do I do in this situation? You guys have always had my back. So… with the power you’ve invested in me, I want to share what I do. When you’re in your head, and the road you’re on seems a bit clouded, and the vision is not yours, get in the car/truck by yourself and pour a fuck load of gasoline on a bunch of horses and drive through it. I’ve done this for years and it has always made me see clearer. Im ok! My wish now for you guys in 22 is that you are too. We’ve been hurting and struggling these past few years, some with no consideration or help or understanding from others. For those who can… talk to someone. They will listen. For those who can’t. Put the fuckin pedal down. You’re not driving away from your life, you’re racing into this year. I love you all. You’ve not only given me a life but you’ve made it better.
