David Chang Instagram – Last night’s #DinnerTimeLive was all about cooling down, enjoying the flavors of summer, and living in the moment.
@davidchang cooked summertime inspired dishes for @kateberlant & @mandymooremm that featured a delicate serving of White Gazpacho to start things off; a refreshing Lobster, Corn, and Melon Salad (with the tiniest melon pearls) that are perfect for any hot day; Rockfish en Papillote and Ratatouille served with a splash of vibrant red pepper sauce; an unplanned Carbonara dish worthy of any celebration (HUGE thanks to @pizzeriabianco / @pizzeriabiancolosangeles for delivering the ingredients needed to pull off this surprise dish!); Spaghetti alle Vongole (arguably the best pasta dish in the world); and finally an Upside-Down Plum Cake to take advantage of the peak of stone fruit season in Los Angeles!
