Elan Gale Instagram – today marks 10 years since I decided to stop drinking alcohol. my life is better in every way as a result of this decision. to be honest, I didn’t think I would make it 10 days, much less 10 years, but with the support of friends, family, and the community I’m lucky to have here, I have stayed the course. for anyone out there that has a problem with drinking, please know that if I can do it, you can do it. talk about your problems. talk about your feelings. ask for help. you can do this.
