Jim Miller Instagram – Merry Christmas! Made some smoked elk backstrap, duck fat roasted potatoes, and roasted broccoli for dinner. Could have lost a finger in the frenzy, so there wasn’t much time for presentation. Plus I’m like 3 weeks out so portions are in control. Reminiscing on that hunt in Alberta and selfishly loving the fact that my whole family loves elk more than anything in the world.
