John Ross Bowie Instagram – I have always made fun of local news anchors and I will continue to make fun of local news anchors, but there was a sincere joy in the work that Sam Rubin did. He was funny, and if he wasn’t genuinely curious, then he acted it better than most. He had a fake laugh (necessary in his line of work) that sounded very sincere, but when he had a sincere laugh, it was unmistakable, and it felt incredible.
