A month ago, a film very dear to my heart, @ganymede_movie, made its festival debut right in my fav city where it all began – chicoogie! With a sold out audience & also getting awarded the best narrative feature at @reelingfilmfest, this was surely a huge pinch-me moment being that it was my first leading feature film role. With COVID & the ongoing strikes, this film has had a long & grueling post-production schedule but it was just unreal to see it finally on the big screen in person (thanks to our interim agreement given by SAG) with my fellow cast & crew (& also some old friends!!) I’ll never forget the time I had creating this project in Paducah, Kentucky & all the memories & lessons i’ve gained from this experience. I truly truly cannot wait for y’all to get the chance to see it. Stay tuned!

logging off for a bit, friends 👋🏼 after much thought (& discussion w/ my therapist lol) i’ve decided to step away from socials for a little bit & give my mind & body a chance to create a sense of peace and self without the internet. i’ve never given myself the space. and although i don’t post like i used to, im constantly scrolling, comparing myself to others, and just wasting so much time & energy on these apps. it’s only fueled more & more anxiety through the years. although only one part of the equation, i think it’ll do me some good 🙂 going to go as long as i see fit. i’ll see y’all soon. feel free to call/text me 🫶🏻
