after much thought (& discussion w/ my therapist lol) i’ve decided to step away from socials for a little bit & give my mind & body a chance to create a sense of peace and self without the internet. i’ve never given myself the space. and although i don’t post like i used to, im constantly scrolling, comparing myself to others, and just wasting so much time & energy on these apps. it’s only fueled more & more anxiety through the years. although only one part of the equation, i think it’ll do me some good 🙂
going to go as long as i see fit.
