working through pain the best way I know how by putting it into my songs, my dad put everything he had into my dreams of being a musician, I never truly appreciated how much time effort and love he gave to helping me hone my gifts, the same gifts he passed down to me. so for this father’s day Id like to dedicate this song to him, as long as there’s air in my lungs i’ll be singing for you papa.
furthermore I’ve received countless dms asking about “Remember Me” the night he passed I asked for it to be taken down.. I couldn’t stomach it.. but i remember in one of our conversations he told me he wasn’t mad at all and he encouraged me to express any and every feeling in my music regardless of how others may feel about it including himself and that it would only make me a better artist if I was brave enough to be honest.. So i’ve decided to return “Remember Me” to all platforms.
