Leonardo Marques Instagram – [🪩LEISURE] – HAPPY PRIDE MONTH – Coming out is synonymous of liberation. It’s giving ourselves the possibility to live free, without ties. Only in this way we can become our true selves. Everything till then was just a construct for survival. A violent omission for its bearer. Coming out is the beginning of truth. It still annoys me we have to do it. Like a bad news announcement. I hate it. However it is so important that we do it. That we are able to show our true colors. And it’s also important that people realize that nothing changed. We are alike. Maybe lighter cause we stopped lying. What comes next is a beautiful rediscovery of who we are. And at some point we start wearing our true colors on our chest. Proudly. During this Pride month I wish that everyone is able to live freely in their true skin and that our community finds the peace and acceptance that always longed for.
