Manav Kaul Instagram – I had the privilege to document Manav Kaul’s intimate rehersal session during 14th Windermere Theatre & Literature Festival right before their performance which not only left the audience in an ambiguous state of self-reflection, but it gave them a new perspective to see storytelling in theatre.
Manav Kaul’s direction led to the creation of such a play where…when you’re watching the play, inside that very play, each pray’r is accepted, and each wish is resign’d and it becomes so evident in every gesture of its actors, for their performance is not only external, but internal too and you can feel it on the stage and within yourself.
