Mark Wright Instagram – Crispy Chicken Bites with a Garlic and Parsley Butter AKA mini chicken kievs! So good and so quick to make plus only a few ingredients needed – a lot of which you probably already have at home. Also a sneak preview of the new @aytee7* collection 👀 *own brand INGREDIENTS: 2 chicken breasts 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs 1 egg 1/2 cup of flour Spray olive oil 50g butter 2 cloves of garlic Small bunch of parsley Salt & pepper METHOD: 1. Prep your breading station, use three bowls one for the flour, one for the beaten egg and the last for the panko crumbs. Season the crumbs with some salt and pepper. 2. Cut your chicken into bite size pieces then dip each piece into the three bowls. Flour first, egg second and panko last – really push each piece into the panko for an even an even coating. 3. Pop into the air fryer and spray with olive oil. Bake for 7 minutes on each side (turn half way and spray with the olive oil again) then check they are fully cooked through. 4. While your chicken is cooking, melt your butter on a low heat, add your garlic and cook for a minute or two (careful not to burn, keep the heat low) then add your parsley. 5. Remove your chicken from the air fryer and pour over your garlic butter. Loads more recipes like this only tailored to your own goals on @_livewright_ (own brand) 👊🏼
Mark Wright Instagram – Never really do this, as it’s never been something that really bothers me. Especially when it’s normally complete nonsense. However, I won’t be quiet when something could be detrimental to a business that we have worked so hard on for a number of years to get it to this point. Especially when the story couldn’t be further from the truth. Sometimes a nonsense press story just goes away, but people seem to like negative gossip and this one is doing the rounds a bit so had to be done 😊
