Mark Wright Instagram – Crispy coconut chilli salted prawns… absolutely sensational.🍤🍤🍤 Loads more recipes like this on @_livewright_ Ingredients: 1 packet of raw king prawns 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs 1 cup of desiccated coconut 2 eggs 1/2 cup of plain flour 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes (adjust this to your taste) Salt & Pepper to taste Sweet chilli sauce 1/2 lime Parsley Method: 1. De vein your prawns and set aside. Then set up 4 plates or bowls, one with the flour, one with the egg and one with the combined panko, coconut, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. The 4th plate will be empty ready for the coated prawns. 2. One by one, dip the prawns in the flour, followed by the egg and then fully coat in the coconut crumb mixture. 3. Put your prawns into the air fryer and spray with oil, cook for 8 minutes or until golden and crispy. 4. Add a squeeze of lime to your sweet chilli sauce then plate up your prawns topping with the chopped parsley.
