Happy international day against homophobia, biphobia and transphobia. Well, actually, no it’s not. Especially for those in the UK this week, who are going through yet another last ditch, low blow, desperate, vote grab attempt from a failing Tory government. The last time this happened, it was section 28. A series of laws put in place that prohibited the ‘promotion of homosexuality’. Laws that damaged and endangered LGBTQ lives across the UK, damage that is still prevalent to this day. This week, we are seeing a resurgence of this bulls**t as once again, even through different faces and voices, this sham of a conservative government is now banning the teaching around gender identity from the education system. Once again sending the clear message that we are not welcome in our own home. DON’T LISTEN TO THEM. Luckily this generation has access to endless resources to help them navigate a very confusing and challenging time in their lives. Explore who you are, love who you love and be whatever the F**K you want. Know you have a place in this world, know there are many of us out here happy to guide you or steer you toward places who can help you figure out who you are, and know you’re awesome. ❤️ #idahbt2024

Throwback to my 30th 2 years ago. A night of pure joy. We’ve hosted a wig party called Wigstockwell in London for many years at our home. Creating a space for our friends to be dumb and stupid just like me. The only rule is you have to wear a wig, but you know it doesn’t take much to send the kweens in a spiral, cut to 115 people with wigs, heels and manmade fibres galore. RIP our floors from the heels but I’ll never forget the memories including being 2 hours late to my own party in my own house because I took too long doing my face and finishing my wig. ❤️
How was your weekend? Mine was great *pause*…lol jk, it sucked. Messed my knee up and had to cancel my plans, basically did nothing and saw no one. Woo. Wasted visit back to London. 😭
