Tomorrow morning we kick off the 6th @allornothingevents SWYD Sprint triathlon held in the best seaside resort in the UK Barry Island.
Today was registration day so it was good to see a few of you picking up your race numbers and goodie bags ready for a very early start. Set your alarms everyone and we’ll see you on the beach ready for a 7am first wave start at Whitmore beach.
Everybody will get a @vog_brewery SWYD beer at the finish so we can all raise a bottle to all the racers and organisers. Our medals this year are bottle openers so you can use your medal to pop your bottle.
Don’t forget, you can get your medals framed by the ladies at @displaywithpride .
