Matthew Santoro Instagram – 125 days of progress. The last two weeks I’ve skipped quite a bit with my diet. I lost sight of the goal and enjoyed myself too much. Starting today, and for the next 30 days minimum I am doing an ultra strict new fitness routine. Intermittent fast 16- 20 hours a day. Run 12 km every morning (fasted) Weights for 20 minutes at night. 1 gallon of water every day. Bed at 10 PM wake up at 6 AM. Calorie deficit with my primary diet being spinach and lean protein.
