Michael Beach Instagram – For the first month of the pandemic I watched TV and sat around waiting for it to be over. But I can’t sit around doing nothing for too long so I decided to make better use of my time. And when I tell you it doesn’t take spectacular moves to get in shape I mean it. Ball Slams, Box Jumps and other types of HIIT CARDIO along with intensity, consistency, decent eating habits and some resistance training will do it! And it doesn’t take lots of time per day – 1 hour, 4 to 5 times a week will make a huge difference in your mood and your body!
