Michael Beach Instagram – Who cares how pretty it looks … This is an example of the simple stuff I did to get myself in shape time and time again. It doesn’t take a lot of crazy acrobatic movement (which I have absolutely nothing against). But anybody can find ways to get that heart pumping, burn fat and feel better! I just make shit up or modify what I see someone else do or do exactly what I see them do. I did this 6 times for 45 seconds each time with 60 second breaks in between and eventually I will increase the time and sets and decrease the rest time but I am just starting out so I’m taking it easy. It takes a while but trust me, it will work! Let’s go!!!
