I had a couple of people support me, other than that I was told to “be realistic” ,“get a job” “your living in a dream world” all by people close to me. I understand it was probably because they were scared I was wasting my time.
I had about £40 a week to live on for around 8 years, three losses before I got signed but never gave up.
Fast forward a few years and I won a world title, got signed by the UFC (dream complete), bought a property, traveled a vast amount of the world, paid for my wedding, purchased 2 of my dream cars, started 3 businesses and we’ve only just got started.
Moral of the story, don’t be “realistic” chase your dreams and give it everything you’ve got, life’s too short to just fit in. You will never regret chasing your dreams if it makes you happy. Enjoy and trust in that process ❤️ ✌️ 🙏🏻 | Posted on 29/May/2024 22:33:12
