Never let someone tell you not to chase your dreams. 16 years old with shorts too big, a brand new gum shield and the most suspect pose I’ve ever seen 😂 I had a couple of people support me, other than that I was told to “be realistic” ,“get a job” “your living in a dream world” all by people close to me. I understand it was probably because they were scared I was wasting my time. I had about £40 a week to live on for around 8 years, three losses before I got signed but never gave up. Fast forward a few years and I won a world title, got signed by the UFC (dream complete), bought a property, traveled a vast amount of the world, paid for my wedding, purchased 2 of my dream cars, started 3 businesses and we’ve only just got started. Moral of the story, don’t be “realistic” chase your dreams and give it everything you’ve got, life’s too short to just fit in. You will never regret chasing your dreams if it makes you happy. Enjoy and trust in that process ❤️ ✌️ 🙏🏻

And we are home. 1month in hospital has been a rollercoaster of emotions to say the least. I am so grateful for modern day medicine, the surgeons and nurses who have helped bring my daughter into this world and keep her safe. Time for me to be the greatest dad I can be and give you the best life ❤️ Thanks everyone who has been messaging constantly, she’s already got an army behind her. Welcome home Arla ❤️

During a routine scan today I found out my warrior princess also has a hole in her heart. She can’t seem to catch a break, the pain in not being able to take any of this for her is sickening to say the least, she’s a trooper, she will be fine and will be one of the strongest girls in the world. The things I’ve learned since being a dad. 1- Modern day medicine is amazing. 2- Nothing else in life is as important than family and health. 3- Children have the purest souls and need protecting. Death penalty needs reintroducing for all child abusers. 4- Being a dad is tough but brings the biggest joy I could have ever possibly received.
