Parry Glasspool Instagram – One of the harder Ab circuits I’ve been doing recently!

Of course you know that now I’m expecting you to do the same!

SO!

Grab 3 weight plates, 1 heavy, 2 light.

Get on the Decline Crunch Bench.

And perform these exercises with 15 second rest between them, for 3 rounds!

• 10-12 *controlled* over the head plate crunches.

• 10-15 Weighted Russian Twists

• 10-12 Weighted Crunch Punches

For an easier version, simply just drop the weight plates and use your own body weight. Build yourself up slowly to the weighted versions

Just keep everything nice and smooth, with controlled movements – there’s no rush with this!
