Paul Nassif Instagram – This 27-year-old patient is one-year post-op from her revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting.
 
This patient came to us because she was bothered by her low dorsum and droopy tip that she was left with from her previous surgery. Her main goals were to build up her bridge, have increased definition of the dorsum and rotation of the nasal tip while still having a smaller, cuter nose, overall. To achieve these goals, we harvested her own rib cartilage to use as grafts and rebuild her nose.
