For the functional aspect of her surgery, the goal was to fix her columella that was incredibly thick due to her scar tissue and soft tissue as well as correcting her prolapsed external valve.
In the results, you can actually see her airway, where in the before, you primarily only see tissue. This not only looks aesthetically better, but more importantly, her breathing has improved drastically!
