Met him in LA when I was 36 & asked if you ever stop auditioning & he gave sage advice – ‘Use Auditions to gauge if YOU want to work with THEM!’ Game changing. A role model for all long faced, string bean, oddball character actors, usually advised to ‘throw yourself into the road, darling, you haven’t got a chance’. Gave us hope & Courage. ALL HAIL, OUR CONQUERING HERO! 👌✊
