So there’s this guy, let’s call him Steve. Steve is a bunch of people, but for now Steve is whoever leaves a message under any of my posts where I’m wearing anything other than a plain t-shirt and blue jeans.That says something like ‘’He started to look like Elton John’’ or ‘’Whats he wearing 🤡’’ Etc.
Steve is confused.
Steve has the same mentality that he had when he was in the 4th year.
Steve is in Steve’s box.
Steve’s box is limited.
Steve’s life is limited due to Steve’s own limitation placed on him by outside forces.
Steve is unconscious to the fact that Steve isn’t running Steve’s own thoughts.
Steve is scared to express himself for fear of ridicule.
Steve is a bog standard human being,Gets born,follows the herd,Buys stuff,then dies.
Be like Steve if you like
I am not like Steve.
I love what Elton wears btw. It’s fucking fun. And David Furnish is stylish as fuck too.
After yesterday’s Thinkling I was thinking about Labels. I get we don’t need anymore etc.
And to a certain degree, this is true BUT I’m Soooooo glad I know I’m ADHD.
It explains so much about who I am. What judgements were placed on me and what sunk in as a negative that didn’t deserve a place in fuckery box.
For example, I’m not lazy. I was told I am. I thought I was. I’m not.
And when dyslexia came about I found out I’m not stupid.
I loved my School and I’m very grateful for the teachers and my time there.
But there was nothing in the curriculum that accommodated me not feeling like a dumb dumb.
That has taken decades to undo.
When my time on the planet is done, I will have built and designed massive hotels, opened my university and designed the curriculum,I will have written books, had exhibitions for my art, written TV shows, built a lifestyle brand, I have and will sit in rooms with Kings and Queens and instead of wondering if I deserve a seat at their table, I will wonder if they deserve a seat at mine.
I haven’t even mentioned Music.
Not bad for a dumb dumb.
