Shooting has always been an extension of who I am. It’s been a way for me to express myself and show others how I see the world. It’s been a form of therapy, allowing me to heal. I love that I am able to bring happiness into someone’s life through it. And it’s allowed me to inspire others to pick up a camera and change their lives. 10 years ago, on June 2, 2014, I quit my job to pursue my dreams full time. I am so grateful to have been able to make a living doing what I love by creating over the last decade. I make these videos in hopes to inspire the generations to come because I truly believe anyone is capable of doing whatever it is they desire in life, but you have to believe in yourself in order to make that happen. Lake Life – Work Hard, Play Harder I’ve came to this lake every summer of my life. When I started college, my Dad suggested I spend the summer there as he said, “it would change my life.” He was right about that. The lake has always been my place of peace, I’ve met some of my best friends there, met and married my wife there, and made so many great memories there. After my Dad passed away, I decided to step up and fill my Dad’s roll by helping my Mom open the house and get it ready for the lake season. This is my 2nd year in a row doing this. I love getting to spend the time with my Mom, getting to feel my Dad’s presence, and learning a lot about myself in the process. Super proud of my Mom for her strength and dedication to continue living life and keeping the Lake Life a place for all of us to enjoy. Shoutout to my lake friends, Lois, and my father in law who helped lend a hand with some of the work. Run it !

Shooting wildlife has been such a thrill and has taught me so many life lessons such as patients and that I have zero control over the outcome of what happens. I can position myself in what I think may be the best spot but in the end I’m at the mercy of the animals decision and a lot of times they go in a different direction. Over the last 5 months, I spent roughly 50 days capturing these moments. I received a message from one of my followers saying they saved all my @twentyonepilots edits and rewatch them when they want to feel inspired, upon reading that, it inspired me to make a new edit…so here we are. I loved looking at all my footage and coming up with a concept and shooting scenes that could fill in the gaps and link all the wildlife moments I had been capturing this year. My camera setup was @canonusa R5 with rf400, 2x extender, and 70-200. Huge shoutout to my friend @mcgee for capturing the shots of me shooting. We had such a fun day shooting together to tie everything together. Danny is a great guy and super talented. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it.
