As the youths of Kenya stand up against disguised imperialism in the form of an IMF-instigated tax reform, the words of an Awakened Son of Africa come to mind:
“WE WILL NEVER, NEVER, SELL OUR FREEDOM FOR CAPITAL OR TECHNICAL AID. WE STAND FOR FREEDOM….. AT ANY COST.”
Brilliant, articulate, Oxford trained irrepressible African independence hero, TOM MBOYA, brutally assassinated on the streets of Nairobi, Kenya, 55 years today, 5th July.
He was only 38 years old!
