There is a lot of great info out there. I encourage all to educate themselves on the drinking water they consume. Since it’s something we need and consume everyday. Microplastics, lack of minerals, high levels of fluoride, arsenic , lead, ect…… the list is long. Lots of bad actors out there too in the bottle watered market. Municipal water conned as spring water, manipulated Alkaline claims, plastic bottles no bueno. Do your own research. Read science based journals not paid for articles. That’s all for today ✌️
