Stephen Voyce Instagram – I always feel guilty when I take a day to recuperate, let alone a weekend, like I’m letting myself and everyone down. But I know that it’s a toxic byproduct of the society we live in, one that expects us to keep pushing no matter what, one that shames us for slowing down for a bit.
