Yes I wrote it right!  30g at least of protein post training…. Women make sure you are getting what you need 🤸‍♀️yes it can also be through food but then very fast after training. 

Creatine is the most researched supplement on the market, no need to cycle it on and off.  Everyday we use Creatine (creatine Monohydrate preferably)

Anníe Mist Þórisdóttir Instagram – Closing in on 30weeks.  I’m Not going to say it’s easy and 😅 I don’t know how I can get a lot bigger in the next 2 months.  However doing the right training for me lifting some weights and moving around is keeping my body feeling stronger and better for it.  Baby is a real active one as well 😆 pretty sure we will have a handful with this one ! 

Shoulder press, elevated power cleans and C2 1km bike steady repeats for the win today 🤝
