I love fresh produce this time of year! I got so excited at the grocery store seeing all of the bright beautiful colors. What we eat can have a major impact on our hormonal health. A few key things to keep in mind.
Keep the highly processed foods out
Keep the added sugars as low as possible (not naturally occurring sugar like whatβs in fruit, added sugar like whatβs in baked goods & coffee drinks)
Eat the rainbow π a variety of plants (fruits, vegetables & whole grains) helps with the health of your gut and provides a variety of vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.
Quality matters, when it comes to protein go for wild caught fish, pasture raised eggs and grass fed & finshed beef as much as possible. No antibiotics or added hormones is also very important.
