So here’s a few of my favorite moves to work em. Sets & reps depend on your goal. If your goal is to tone, improve muscle endurance, & lose weight go for higher reps, lighter weights. (2-3 sets 15-20 reps). If your goal is strength & muscle building perform more sets, with less reps & heavier weights (3-5 sets, 8-12 reps)
On another note, since today is all about love, how about a little SELF-LOVE. I bet if I asked you to name something you I don’t like about your body you could tell me multiple things very quickly. But what if I ask you to tell me what you do like about yourself or your body? Sooo tell me something in the comments you love about yourself.
