Christina Wren Instagram – In this time of pause during the strikes, like so many, I’ve been hungry to create, to be in creative community, to tell a story, to become another character for a bit. While I do enjoy sitting behind my computer writing or producing content for clients, I’m excited to be in the weeds of an original production again. It just hits different.
Poets have their notebooks, artists have their sketchbooks. As actors and filmmakers we need community to sketch, experiment, test, play.
Under the micro-budget agreement, we’re not affected by the strike. Just a bunch of artists making art. We film next week and I can’t wait.
