Dina Deleasa Instagram – Anyone need a mom minute? This little soda treat has become my new favorite guilty pleasure! I love all things cherry, especially those deliciously syrupy Amarena cherries! At first I would just plop one or two into the soda. But then I started thinking about the OG soda fountain treat, Egg Creams. Which is typically made with seltzer water, chocolate syrup, with half and half.
You can find Amarena Cherries in Trader Joes and I think they are pretty good! Or I have seen them in my local grocery store or Italian deli as well! Maybe share this sweet treat with the momma in your life this weekend!
1 can @drinkolipop vintage cola (or regular cola)
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp amarena cherry syrup
mint for garnish, optional
In a small glass whip the heavy cream and cherry syrup together until it begins to thicken using a small hand held frother. Or whip vigorously with a whisk.
Pour half the cola into a large tall glass, then add your heavy cream a mixture a little at a time to make sure the glass doesn’t overflow! Then mix until uniform ! Add a cherry on top and enjoy ! | Posted on 09/May/2024 03:54:32
